Blair is passionate about rural land development and has 15 + years of experience developing projects from initiation to completion in Central and Northern Nova Scotia.
Blair scouts high potential and primarily rural land and oversees projects ranging from purchase to buildout. He works with a variety consultants, local municipalities, and suppliers to provide the highest and best use and yield land development.
Blair collaborates with commercial clients seeking visible high traffic land, and individuals seeking home construction or recreation properties.
Before founding Brentwood Developments Ltd in 2010, Blair was the President and equal shareholder with Ramar Construction Ltd. of Footprint Development Ltd.
Brentwood Developments Ltd was founded in 2010 with ownership of Exit 14A Properties Ltd and Porchlight Homes Ltd following quickly after.
Blair’s current projects include a significant highway commercial projects at the intersection of hwy 104 and 102 (Hub Centre, Truro NS), residential real estate development in New Glasgow (Monroe Extension), new home construction (Porchlight Homes) and various recreation properties (Cape John NS).
